Our modern interpretation of an ancient winemaking technique with deep roots in the tradition of macerating the must with its skins. We have been inspired by the wines of Rafa Bernabé, Dario Princic, Radikon and Gravner, and it is with their wines in mind that this Atardecer Andaluz is born.
A wine that wants to express the essence of the Mediterranean, the bright sun and salty breezes with a rich cultural history characterised by vitality, passion and a relaxed but vibrant lifestyle.

A tribute to Rock&Roll, the rebel that defies the rules, electric and dynamic, full of life.
It is that vital force, breath, deep spirit of mother earth in liquid form, a wine that is alive and that brings us the essence of the lands of the Alpujarra. From the schist rocks, these Jaén Blanco and Vigiriega vines, more than 100 years old, are still giving us the fruit of the earth. We seek a pure and essential interpretation and let nature express itself. Pneuma is also connected to music, to a song by the band Tool.

Twisted vineyards of more than 100 years old, in a remote landscape, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Nevada, close to 1400 metres of altitude, nested between the blue slate rocks. The possibility of sipping a piece of the past, makes this wine special to us. The goal of our interpretation is to be as subtle as possible, we are looking for that “Groove” in the wine, which makes it flow. The name also alludes to an influential theme in the Bebop movement, from the 40s.
Named after a Nasrid King, this imposing mountain shelters the vineyards of this wine. Warm, exotic and deep, it aims to show the importance of the topography of the Alpujarra.
